Squarish puff


Love it or hate it.
This ready made puff which I bought from NTUC and the brand is sunshine brand, Yes!

All I can say is the pastry puff is more than enough to make at least abt 15 puffs of your palm size.

The best ingredients used are the same as Chicken pie.


Ingredients for crust:
-NTUC / Cold storage (ready made Puff Pastry)

Ingredients for filling -chicken pie
-500g Chicken breast (Chopped into squarish size)
-Mixed vegetables -small packets
-200g potatoes (Cut and cubed)
-Cream of chicken or cream of mushroom (Depend on your favourite)

Instructions:
1. Add little oil and stir fry chicken breast, mixed vegetables, potatoes.
2. Half Cook and add in Cream of chicken or cream of mushroom
3. Leave to cool and wrap into ready made puff pastry
4. Line baking tray with non-stick baking paper
5. Bake about 20-25 mins or till golden brown

Serve hot:) Yummy:)

Pizza made a perfect dish for party-disher esp when this dish is a finger licking!
Infact, Pizza can actually be a highly nutritional meal.

One of the main ingredients of pizza is the tomato, which contains lycopene, a powerful antioxidant. Lycopene is known to help fight many different types of cancer.

Studies have shown that people who eat pizza at least once a week were much less likely to develop colon and mouth cancer as well as stomach and lung cancer.

It is known to be especially helpful in fighting prostate cancer.

Shepherd Beef Pie


For those who love and enjoy meat, I am one of those for the sake of health.

Beef is an excellent source of Protein, Zinc, Phosphorous, Iron and B-Complex Vitamins.

Protein helps build a strong and muscular body.

Zinc helps create a healthy immune system and heal wounds.

Phosphorous is necessary for strong teeth and bones.

Iron helps carry oxygen in the blood to all cells and muscles to prevent fatigue.

I confessed, I fall in love with coconut all the times, any food that consist coconut, i love the smell of nature!

Infact, no body seem to know that consuming coconut itself is already a rich fruit in protein

The Meat is very good in destroying intestinal parasites

The water is good for kidney and urinary bladder problems

Going crazy over coconut.


Belgium chocolate egg tart


Thinking of out the box, I just used the same ingredients to make a simple egg tart crust, but this round, top with belgium cream chocolate..

The taste is sweet and chocolickers for those who love chocolate...Surprisely, chocolate actually help and benefit alot!

French Apple Flan


There is a time when my family got addicted with french cuisine.. but I just hooked up with this french dessert which is simple to make and goes well with tea-break!

How nice if I have a better scenery to enjoy while enjoying the flan

The best should be using Graham Granny Apple slice if one find it so hassles to buy fresh apple and slice.

Mini Eurasian Chicken Pie

Eurasian Mini Chicken Pie
I copied this recipe from 1 of the Sunday newspaper article as contributed by a Eurasian
The only difference that I can taste is the crust is hardy and more crispy, less buttery than the western pie.

But I like the mini size that is just nice to bite except the filling which I find it hardly to stuff in since the size is mini.....

This chicken pie recipe is easy to make, I have to admit!

You can either use a ready made pastry or use your own creation pastry.

I love the buttery flavour especially when it is hot from OVEN!
