Eurasian Mini Chicken Pie
I copied this recipe from 1 of the Sunday newspaper article as contributed by a Eurasian
The only difference that I can taste is the crust is hardy and more crispy, less buttery than the western pie.
But I like the mini size that is just nice to bite except the filling which I find it hardly to stuff in since the size is mini.....
