Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies

With Compliment from The Divine Cookbook everyday cooking, I love to be more adventous sometime but with limited ingredients, I have learn to keep using the same ingredient but different receipes!

These cookies are very easy and fast to make. It make an excellent clean mess and fuss free to let the little baker try.
Not only they are tasty, the banana smell can fill the jar with the bbbbb smell!

Ingredients
1 Cup of butter (225 g) Softened
1 cup of sugar (Brown)
1 cup of banana - at least abt 2 large bananas - mashed
2 cups of all purpose flour (**)
1/2 tsp of salt (**)
1 tsp baking soda (**)
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180'c
Lightly grease  cookies sheets 
Cream the butter and sugar till fluffy and light - about 4-5 mins
Add mashed banana and beat for another 2-3 mins
sift the flour (**) and salt, baking soda into the mixture and mix and stir.
Stir in chocolate chips

Drop by a tablespoon each of the mixture on the cookies sheet
Bake for 12-15 mins or until lightly browned and set but still soft
