Homemade Hawaiian Pizza
Pizza made a perfect dish for party-disher esp when this dish is a finger licking!
Infact, Pizza can actually be a highly nutritional meal.
One of the main ingredients of pizza is the tomato, which contains lycopene, a powerful antioxidant. Lycopene is known to help fight many different types of cancer.
Studies have shown that people who eat pizza at least once a week were much less likely to develop colon and mouth cancer as well as stomach and lung cancer.
It is known to be especially helpful in fighting prostate cancer.

Shepherd Beef Pie
For those who love and enjoy meat, I am one of those for the sake of health.
Beef is an excellent source of Protein, Zinc, Phosphorous, Iron and B-Complex Vitamins.
Protein helps build a strong and muscular body.
Zinc helps create a healthy immune system and heal wounds.
Phosphorous is necessary for strong teeth and bones.
Iron helps carry oxygen in the blood to all cells and muscles to prevent fatigue.

Mini Eurasian Chicken Pie
Eurasian Mini Chicken Pie
I copied this recipe from 1 of the Sunday newspaper article as contributed by a Eurasian
The only difference that I can taste is the crust is hardy and more crispy, less buttery than the western pie.
But I like the mini size that is just nice to bite except the filling which I find it hardly to stuff in since the size is mini.....

Pineapple Shaped Tarts
This round, I decide to try by using my own pineapple jam. Is a hard work after all, with all the stirring and cooking and baking and shaping...but oh mind, I still love the smell from oven which remind me of mum'sbaking last time when we were young Consuming Pineapples are rich in manganese, a trace mineral that is needed for your body to build bone and connective tissues The benefits of pineapple when you have a cold or cough are the same as the benefits of orange juice, but there is an additional benefit of pineapple. Bromelain, which is found in pineapples, has been found to help suppress coughs and loosen mucus.

Assorted Cupcakes
Traditional Baked Sour Cream Cheese cake
I have to admit that the appearance may not be attractive but I also have to admit that the baking process for this cake is more tedious than the non-bake Oreo Cheesecake.
Secondly, Sourcream, if you prefer non-fat, you can get them from Cold Storage.
Low in calories and sodium, sour cream fits right into busy, health-conscious lifestyles.
Each tablespoon of real sour cream contains only 25 calories, much less than toppings such as mayonnaise and salad dressings.
